The inaugural ELC CHRO Cohort In-Person Convening promises to be an insightful and empowering meeting, focusing on critical themes of self-care for senior executives and the advancing & realignment of DEI initiatives. With a distinguished lineup of speakers including Ginny Clarke, a former senior executive leader at Google & Spencer Stuart, participants will engage in an in-depth dialogue with Chief Diversity Officers, CEOs, and Board Members on strategies to effectively support, advocate, and provide allyship, partnership, and sponsorship for DEI programming as well as how to best take care of themselves as they are continuously challenged within their own environments, both professionally & personally.
This gathering will serve as a unique platform for networking and mutual support, specifically tailored to address the pressing concerns and priorities of Black CHROs and CDOs, fostering an environment where meaningful & safe discussions can thrive and impactful solutions can emerge.

Check-In Procedures: Check-In Process: Upon arrival, proceed to the hotel lobby where a friendly team member will assist you with the check-in process. Please have your identification and reservation details ready.

•Arrival: Upon arrival to The Clayton, please look for the door with the “Double C” on it and buzz the buzzer. From there, you will inform security and/or the concierge that you are with The Executive Leadership Council. Please ensure that you have your government issued ID as your name has been placed on a private list.
•Parking: If you're driving to the event, there is parking available for your convenience across the street. Please inform the attendant you are going to a private event being held at The Clayton.

- What is the dress code?
- All events we recommend Business Casual attire.
- Where are the meeting sessions located?
- Wednesday evening's Welcome Social will take place at a local establishment. Thursday's sessions and evening reception will take place at the Hyatt Hotel Corporate Headquarters. Friday morning Roundtable Conversations will be are located in a private event space at the Park Hyatt Hotel.
- Is attendance to the sessions mandatory?
- While sessions are not mandatory they have been curated with the ELC CHRO membership body in mind. Naturally you may need to step out to take a call or address other matters, but please make every effort to attend as many sessions and networking events as you can.
- Will there be transportation provided?
- To & From the Airport: If you're arriving and departing by plane, there are several transportation options available to & from the airport to the Park Hyatt Hotel. These include taxis and ride-sharing services.
- Event Transportation: Transportation will be provided to and from Wednesday evening's event and all of Thursday's events. Please check with event organizers for specific pickup and drop-off times.
- Public Transit: The hotel is conveniently located near public transit stops, making it easy to explore the city. Maps and information on local transportation will be available at the hotel concierge desk.
- Parking: If you're driving to the hotel, there is valet parking available for your convenience. Please inquire about rates and availability upon arrival.
- Is COVID testing available?
- There will be no COVID testing onsite, however, we do have rapid test kits available at the registration desk should you need one.
