What to Expect
Here's what you can expect:
Thursday, December 12th: Day 1 of the Black Directors Summit will focus on trends we are seeing with respect to Black board directors, expanding our understanding of the work that still needs to be done, and deepening our appreciation for the power of collaboration. Through data, panels and fireside chats, we will harness the power amongst our strategic partners to continue to advance board appointments, successful onboarding, and board leadership.
Friday, December 13th*: Day 2 of the Black Directors Summit Is reserved exclusively to provide participants the opportunity to conduct informational interviews with ELC's strategic partners who are actively working to place diverse talent on corporate boards.

E-mail cbn@elcinfo.com with your completed form with the subject line "BDS 2024 Interview Interest" by 5:00pm EST on November 1st, 2024. Submission of your information does not guarantee an interview slot or a board role. However, if selected, the ELC's Member Services Team will contact you no later than November 22nd with interview details - in our communication, we will specify if you will be interviewing for a specific board seat or if the interview is an informational interview.

Non-ELC members who would like to attend the 2024 Black Directors' Summit as a guest with one of our strategic partners: Please note that you must sit on at least 1 corporate board to attend. Your registration will not be approved if you do not identify the corporate board in which you currently serve on.
